I also suggested Fresh vegetables. Even though they won't taste very good, but they are must for the health. Also I am a vegan, so love those veg dishes.

First of all, A lots of love to you, Little GS Con. It is so nice to see you again. AND my greatest respect and regards to Respected Elder Sister (your Grandma). Now I am a vegetarian, and I usually eat Traditional Indian Foods, Like Rice and Pulses and Yogurt based Bread preparations and my taste buds are programmed to that. So, it will be a lot different from what I eat, or, rather, love to eat. If you are asking me, My recommendations are: 1. You absolutely are on the right track. Fruits are the greatest thing in diet, always, for every age. 2. Fresh Vegetables, and a lot of water to drink. 3. Calories depending upon The Overall General Health, Glycemic Status, and also Medications, if any. I am not Diabetic, but A bit Hypertensive, so Low sodium food is a must for me. 4. I have high cholesterol, so deep fried foods are to be avoided in my case, but I love them. I am being honest to you. 5. My denture is artificial, and I don't use them while eating, (I dont like them actually) so I prefer Softened Cereals and Lentils. 6. I add commercially available sweets, as dessert. It's name is Rasgulla in local language. It is basically a round ball like structure, 1.5 inch diameter, made by curd, soaked in sugar Based syrup, with added flavour. I eat them, a lot. But it contains high sugar, so I have to avoid them if I become Diabetic in future. 7. I eat Grape, Dates, Coconut Shake (home made), Small breads fried in Sun-flower oil, Rasgulla (described above), Rice, Pulse and Bean Boiled Curry. Also seasonal Mango, Banana, Cabbage, Brocolli, Cauliflower, Brinjal, Potato, Tomato. As Separate curry, but only in their respective seasons. 8. I have a little knowledge about Non veg diet. But I recommend Lean Meat in the form of Soup and 🍲 Stew. 9. Avoidance of Cholesterol and Saturated Fat reach foods is advised by my doctor's, because I am Hypertensive and I also have High Blood Lipids. Also Low Sodium diet for me. I shared my view towards my diet plans. I am not sure how much it will be helpful for you. I agree, we are a part of the Big Family, but, you see, I belong to just the opposite point of the 🌎 Globe, so I guess you are still left with a lots of confusions and questions, even now. That will be an excellent Choice. Runesmith is Defence Mastery + Rune Mastery. To use Heavy Shield and Body Armor, The 'feather' Skill of Rune Mastery is very helpful. The most interesting Fact is: Ylva is also Runesmith.

@@Kitchenweed nice to see you live, Little GS Con. For Neidan Mastery, I recommend recovering a Legendary Helmet named "Laying Plans" (I hope I am making no mistake in it's spelling). In Neidan Mastery, there is a Skill "Terracotta Generals" a very Powerful skill. It gives you 2 Terracotta Generals, a moderately strong Companion group. With 'Laying Plans' helmet, you can get 2 additional Terracotta Generals. Total 4 generals, like an army following you. They can turn the tide in difficult battles in your favor. I have seen them to break easily in late Legendary gameplay, though. The reason may be, I have poor pet-gears.

@@roytheoldgamer1035 I havent tried conquerer yet, im gonna make one not just to test. OR warfare + neidan. otherwise im going neidan + nature. terracotta general + nymph no wolves.

@@Kitchenweed I would say, Keep Defence Mastery in your character, That really Helps in Legendary, if you are asking me. Shields appear Impenetrable, Armors appear Flawless with a Defence Master. Runesmith will be a better choice I guess, until you get one 'Laying Plans'-helmet.

I don't understand all of this, but I am answering on the basis of whatever I understood. My character has auto pickup of Essence, Embodiment, Incarnation, Gold, Potions, all 3. The Gameplay is super easy. You can see, the Character never really looked threatened, at any point of time..

@@roytheoldgamer1035 Yes indeed Brigand class (although i have never tried it) seems very powerful dual class combined class but i don't know (and to be honest i never done any research for it) how you deal with big groups of enemies with this specific class 🤔 but i guess it will be some skills for this purpose....

@@nick_vigerfil Big Groups, a challenge, yes. For that I recommend Unlocking Ylva. Also if you see, sometimes my character alone can handle big enemy groups. A little challenge appears when large group of Staff holding undeads appear. I mostly start Changing position continuously, when I am without Ylva. With Ylva, nothing is a challenge. Years of research and trial-error was needed to create this character. Exactly same combination of weapons and skills are needed to make a brigand that is not a glass canon. And thanks again Nick.
