I've also been thinking about the new year and making some resolutions. I think I will attempt to make 1 pair of socks a month, along with some other things. BTW - It was so lovely to see you today looking so well.

I use the letter beads to put on the lightbulb stitch markers because (like you) I don't always remember which hook I used on a project.

Thank you, I try to block colours I think go together in blocks before adding a white or black to go to another block. I am lucky to have so many 'left overs' to work with.

Indeed yes, though it also will be quite odd not 'meeting' my first grandchild until they are almost 2, unless they manage a visit home sooner. But... we will take it in our stride.

I have the ABC one and amazingly remember them all. Can't remember where I put my keys but I remember Sad Sack and the Raggy Dolls as well as the accordion was McDuff. I also watched far too much kids TV when my children were little. My eldest son's (now in his 30s) favourite show was Johnson and friends, I knitted him Johnson (the pink elephant) and my eldest daughter (now 28) the banana in pyjamas (we call it her emotional support banana) .The purple cow is also from Playschool. I made all the playschool characters at some stage and a Mr Squiggle once. Was always going to do another but never got around to it.

Thanks for watching. Seems like our kids are similar ages, mine are 29 and 30. Well, you've made loads more than me, lol, I bought the book and put it away. I loved Alfred the water bottle and contemplated several times making a real water bottle cover like him, but never did.

I designed and crocheted a skeleton dress maxi length and I also did a beautiful shawl in skulls only. I had to tweak the pattern I used last year. It needed some re- design.

Yeah, I think we often have to tweak patterns, especially, if like me, you get an image of what you want and cant find it. I should try doing a knitted design too soon, but so much on the 'to do' list lol. Thanks for watching.
