Hi,
My name is Phill.

My goal on this channel is to help people sleep better, relax with the videos, use the videos in meditation sessions and even to focus on studying.

The videos are made with beautiful images, with white noise sounds like rain sounds, waterfall sounds, sounds of the sea and nature sounds in general.

All images and sounds used in my videos are free to use, captured on sites like pexels.com and freesound.org.

Any suggestion and criticism is always welcome as they will help me to improve the channel every day more so that it really matters: you!
