Sounds like your Diverter Valve is leaking. Do you experience any underboost?

My car is standard and I just installed the ramair induction kit (not the other size one) and mine makes this noice.

Have you done anything else to it? Mines doesn't make a flutter

No. I just installed full ramair kit and that's all
