Nice design! Yet the only thing I would remove is the pool. Would be better if it's moved to the side of the house. Also add laundry room and equipment storage at the backside, would be perfect.

My favorite part of the design is the veranda. It was so practical it accommodate lots of visitors.

The staircase does not look practical. Even if you assume a 9 ft height of kitchen ceiling. The slope of the stairs cannot be completed in one flight. Unless the length of base is long enough. The concept is good… but the dimensions seem way too off to construct practically.
