Thanks for sharing the trick to perfect medu vada,, I am after your honest opinion about Hamilton beach mixer grinder for making vada’s batter. Which of the two Vitamix or Hamilton you reckon? Please let me know as I am flying back from India in few days- is it worth buying Hamilton particularly for South Indian recipes. Thank you again

Yes I like more Hamilton beach then Vitamix I have both, yes you can Buy Hamilton beach It’s very Nice, I Like the Hamilton beach mixer grinder🙏
