Классная идея поставить стиралку рядом с унитазом. Вот допустим только что бельё вытащили, развесили и тут я с утра просыпаюсь, захожу в сортир и начинаю ссать. А по утрам оно знаете ли во все стороны бывает хлещет, и всё по свежевыстиранному белью, по стиральной машине! Или бывает посрал, а там отдельные чиркаши к унитазу прилипли. Ну и я ёршик достаю, всё протираю, а потом с этого заговленного ёршика на пол обратно капает, туда куда чистое бельё кладут. Зато иммунитет сразу у всех прокачается!

One other idea: how about a vegetable garden, maybe a chicken coop, and a solar garden for herbs.

Why remove the down stairs space to park a moped ? Keep that space for inside use and make a covered area for outdoor seating and moped storage. An impractical design. Pretty though.

Nice .. especially that large terrace area in front of the house .. if you put a tinted polycarbonate roof over it, you can enjoy being outside even in bad weather :))

i would make the couch a modular one, because when you watch TV, you want to face it. So the pieces can be separated and rearranged for viewing. Also arranged for a guest to sleep on. In the bathroom put a cabinet beneath the sink for storage, add towel racks. Recessed shelves or ceramic or chrome shelves in the shower to hold toiletries, hooks to hold wash cloth and back scrub. Turn back of mirror into medicine cabinet. But otherwise, very nice design.

I don't think walking straight into a kitchen is a great idea. There is no living room. There is no clear space to sit with your partner and enjoy a meal. The shelf for eating is too small. The bed is a weird shape and would be difficult to make. An L shaped bed? Where do you find sheets for that? Forget the open space beneath the second floor. Enclose it. Create a living room/dining room/kitchen with half bath. You can place an overhead ledge outside to shelter your motorcycle or small car.
