Those are the outfits you get in the photo mode in Tomb Raider 1 remastered. There is no birthday suit.

@RexIBegYouRekkem It's from the photo mode update. You need to do a quest to take photos in 10 specific locations. I show where to find them in the video!

@CaigeWhitten1313 It is from the Nier dlc, which you need to buy. It is a hairstyle you can purchase from Emil's shop once you have the dlc.
