Both Fluorite is important and good . My Inlay Build is more in HP water 63 percent . Water good for sustain PVE and PVP same with Wind .

Sir for me lahat po sila nagkakatalo nalang po sa upgrades, Enhance , Big factor po yung Skill level (Lvl4 skills above have additional effects slow and damage .) mastery and Character Level. Equipment Weapon option must Edr with atk spd best for any class.
