This video, is right on the point, years ago when I went to a restaurant with my wife, I saw a woman suddenly hold her throat and I knew instantly that she was choking and before I could react, another man saw the same thing and he performed the helmlect maneuver on her and sure enough the piece of food came out of her throat, almost the same thing here,except you don't know what she put into his soup,it's anyone's guess,it's situations like this that you have to react swiftly.
