This is soo amazing , I am excited that this company sits strongly on its mission to always give Nigerians a taste of home outside of home on all fronts ranging from the tozo, to the packaging of the balangu in brown paper to adding masa to the suya …. Alhaja Suya onbehalf of Nigerians living in the UK. Thank you for such deliciousness.

I am impressed with the kitchen; the high standard cleanthiness and Health and Safety. The food looks amazing. Beautiful packaging too. I pray those packages get into Nationwide Supermarkets so we can purchase it as well. As many of us Nigerians live everywhere in Britain. Hope they start a Restaurant North of River Thames for those of us who live there. Also if they can get unto online delivery. I tried having a delivery done from one of the well known Sites/Apps that had a Nigerian Restaurant - it sadly said - my location was too far away. Praying that Restaurants like these start advertising on those Delivery Sites and deliveries can be done. I would LOVE to purchase some of this amazing looking food but all the Restaurants seem to be in South London, so we Nigerians elsewhere are missing out. This Restaurant looks amazing! I'm so proud of them. I had to stop the video to write my comment. Now back to the Episode. I am just so impressed with the cleathiness and Presentation - that is the first thing I noticed because I work for a Local Authority (Not Food) - specialising in ensuring Quality Standards, Regulations, Policies and Procedures, Health and Safety in the Community! I am so proud of these guys! The Jollof Rice looks delicious and when the chef took out the meat and started slicing up - it looked so fresh and tasty! I noticed the gloves! I went for an Event at one of the largest Venues here in London, there were a lot of places to eat but one place had the longest queue - (All races were queuing for this sandwich) - out of curiosity I joined, because I had never heard of this place (and I have lived in Britain for over 40 years. So I was curious - I had no clue what the food was like, it was probably like a family run thing - I don't know) - ANYWAY - As I drew near to where they were serving - the first thing I noticed was that the guy had no gloves on - Yikes! He picked up the cooked meat, slapped it on the board with his fingers ready to slice up etc = I think I was one of few blacks on the queue. The way I quickly turned back and left the queue. You cannot be serving food, exchanging money etc. NAH! Decades ago, it probably would not have bothered me - things have changed now as one becomes more aware - and when you work in my Industry - Gloves or no gloves - is the first thing you notice - Quality, Hygiene etc! More so post Covid! Edit: OMG! I just saw the ratings 5 STAR - Not surprised, much deserved!!

Shouldn’t be a surprise though. We have places in Nigeria named ‘Victoria Island’ after Queen Victoria, ‘Glover Rd’, ‘Bourdillon Rd’ and so on, so the least they could do is reciprocate with ‘Nigeria Rd’. They should actually go a step further and name some of their streets “Azikiwe Rd”, “Awolowo Rd”, and maybe even “Abuja Rd”, to complete the reciprocity. 😊

Combining those range of items in a Fish & Chip restaurant is genius. It'll be of mega success if they can keep quality standards high and uphold good customer service standards; things that most NGRN restaurants are bad at. More grease to your elbow. We'll sure visit it whenever in the area.
