Scenario 3: Proximity In next 30 days the risk is going to impact the project deliverables. Scenario 4: Urgency Risk response plan is ready and that should be implemented in 20 days.

I wish each question had a reference in PMBOK 7 to be able to read more about the topic.

I went nostalgic as it took me 18 years back, as I studied these motivation theory topics during Engineering ( Organizational Behavior)😊 Question 1 - Shevi is following theory X As the work is repitative, and shevy is closely monitoring the team Vihaan is following Theory Y As the the work us related to R&D, Team members are self motivated as the product will bring revolution. And Vihaan is self organizing the team. Question 2 Shanthi is trying to satisfy "Esteem" need, as she is looking for a promotion.

In question when the new stakeholder is not attending any meetings, how can we select the option of conducting a meeting to understand right, shouldn't the answer be B?

Hi Varun, in question 67, shouldn't the answer be A. Update the issue log with Paul's feedback, since all the stakeholders are already discussing the impact together?

For question 8, isn't the release planning meeting mentioned in ans (D) the same as the sprint planning meeting mentioned in ans (A). And with that in mind, isn't A a better option to D?

I have just started preparing 2 days and dont have much knowledge abt predictive process but still i got 9/15 which is 60%. I will retry after 1 month ,taking the lectures, notes, hopefully will be able to get 100%.
