It is relatively safe. You can tie the bike with a chain and lock, or just lock the back wheel.

Love the videos! As a non Londoner, was great to see the sights. Have you ever thought your phone could be the problem? Turning it off and on again clears the cache, and that may resolve the blip of no orders, might just reboot deliveroo app.. keep up the great content though

Thank you for watching, the nice words and the tip! I might try that next time, but I believe these apps just decide to not assign you to orders from time to time. I have noticed that sometimes the same happens with Uber Eats too. Would be great to have orders during these challenges, but at the same time I also like to show the reality, so it's all good 😊

I decided to use only the road push bike for the special episodes for a few reasons: if I commute to the various boroughs with the electric bike, I risk to run out of battery and then it will be difficult to push it manually, I could also compromise the challenge. Also, many public transport options don’t allow e-vehicles on board. Lastly, I could cycle to some boroughs without paying for public transport.

Yes! It took almost 2 weeks! It got deactivated all of a sudden. Luckily I don't have to rely on it for making a living, otherwise it would have been a nightmare.

Hammersmith and Chiswick is a good area to work. Loads of restaurants. I’m back on Uber Eats now so happy to have 2 apps again.

It's a great setup, including the cycleway 9 which allows to ride back and forth effortlessly and safely. You can also easily reach Acton or Kensington. Very strategic spot.

I can’t be bothered with Just Eat and signing up for shifts. I prefer to go online when I want. They make it hard to cancel orders.

Yes that's right. I am not sure what they are trying to achieve with that. Probably assuring that supply of service is spread even instead of having loads of riders in one area? Nevertheless, it is frustrating thinking of having to book shifts a week in advance and to be limited to a specific area. Not being able to cancel orders, even after 1 hour waiting, is really unacceptable. I won't bother with them unless I just want to try something different.
