in a 4runner, I recommend an extension (you can buy one from amazon) to mount the rear outside and have a lot of slack in your wire tucking. i did one in a forrester and no extension cable needed.

I did similar install but I couldn’t run the wires through the rubber from the headliner. So I just ended up taping it next to it. How did you managed it?

This is for the auto-leveling system which only adjusts for changes in loading. You may also have to manually adjust your headlights if you've changed the pitch of your car. I also redid the auto adjustment after manually adjusting my headlights.

Buy a wolfbox g900 and buy their OEM mount is the easiest route. I can also print them as well, mine doesn’t rattle.

Top to the right a pillar and down the passenger side and to the cig lighter. I would do it on the driver side now and into the fuse box to hard wire.

It comes with rubber bands. You can buy the Oem mount from there that replaced the mirror (preferred). I used a custom bracket I printed since their oem mount came out after I wanted it to be mounted cleanly.

So in theory, when you press the button, the device sends electricity to the + and - connections of the battery, then it sends a signal for whatever function you pressed, right? Did all the soldering and nothing :( i wonder of i just did a terrible job at it or the if the thing is not compatible with my keyfob lol

I gotta admit, I like this set up. No “middle man” with a drain pan. I think another key aspect is that skid plate and how it protects that Fumoto valve, which is also key to this set up. Thanks!

You can but you’ll need to access FCAM each time and it will probably only allow 1 other cam in addition to your reverse/backup cam
