If somebody puts their arms out and looses a arm on a support is it the parks fault or the guests fault for not listeneing. Like if somebody jumps off the golden gate bridge its not the bridge owners fault.

I went to a place like this one. Except is was with go karts and you went down a hill with a lot of turns. The carts weren’t supposed to tip over but my friend somehow managed to do that when he went past another of my friends really fast.
