I can't find a tone board/ sound board jig on your website. You really need to figure out what's wrong with it. Every time I search for it, it doesn't have any results it says 0 results.

It seems you tie a short loop over the inner loop of the prussic to instantly relieve friction pulling out and up.

So you've carefully cut out the pieces where you've struggled to unbind the amsteel prusik. Didn't think folks needed to know that was an issue?

My thoughts exactly I'd sacrifice weight for the size all day long as well. It was between that one and the Predator XL.....long and short the XL by Tetherd was a tad cheaper, contacted the great people at Trophyline they met the price and gave me some plus plus stuff as well! I've also got the Covert lite saddle and for me it was the more comfortable than the others I was able to try. Good review Mr. I enjoyed it! Happy hunting stay safe up top.

2 questions: if your insert shaft is 5/8", what size collet are you using to hold it steady? And, what size o-ring are you using?
@billj1393 жыл бұрын
I know you can do this. But why? I can walk 10 miles to work too but I drive instead. It is easier and safer.
@danielking77963 жыл бұрын
Legs are stronger than arms, if you are going up a tall stem, this is definitely easier than thrusting yourself up the tree using your arms on a normal prusik. And when you get to the top, you can easily undo the second prusik to climb as you normally would
@mattcarter17972 жыл бұрын
If someone only climbs occasionally, or is just starting out, it makes sense to explore the low cost options. Also, it's good to know how to make do if you find yourself needing to climb in an unplanned situation where you don't have your gear with you. Finally, if you do splurge on fancy gear, you'll appreciate it more if you've previously climbed with only minimal gear. Nice video.

I just received mine as well and i feel the same way. One suggestion is to put up a stick on the tree and then attach. When you are camming it over you are standing in front and on the ground and really leaning on it. Not as easy to do when actually in hunting condition. I learned to step on the top to get firm against tree and then open with foot and it grips exceptional.

I've been buying alot of the cheaper coyote calls my main has been an old version of the primos turbo dog but its wearing out so far I bought that western rivers mantis 50 and the johnny stewart grim speaker gs1 and saw the icotec on sale for $79 the other day and wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase it or not. So far I've learned for night hunts and pigs i like the mantis 50 seeing how there's no remote. And the johnny stewart as a deer bag predator call 5 options lower quality sounds and remote says out to 50 yards but no further than 20 but for $30 what can you expect. Cant wait to see once you take it out how ya like it hopefully you love it cuz if ya do I'm headed to the store after this Oklahoma snow storm
