It's not all to my taste - I'm not a fan of Antique or many ballads, that runner up in the early 00s for Russia or Dance You Off or the 2002 Swedish entry but some really overlooked gems in there like that early Norwegian song and the New Seekers song and France 95 or the Greek Maria one, Rock Bottom (our results at Eurovision these days), Bardo, goddess Lili for Sweden, the Dutch goddesses Ruth Jacobs and Edsilla Romney plus Deseingis Khan - no one does bonkers like the Germans! It's an interesting and varied list.

If you compare the old with the new, it becomes clear that back then they really only paid attention to the voice and the song. Today what counts is the stage show and how good the people look ... Nice Video though! 😊

That is true, however i feel like it came very natural because back then there were 15 or 16 etc countries that participated in the contest and now we have around 40, so artists and their team work hard to have us focus on them not only by the song. Thank you for watching :)

Certainly a unique top 100. So many songs from the 1950s and ladies in red dresses. You have two songs from my top 10 in here - Croatia 1996 (2nd) and Austria 2014 (4th). I enjoyed it, interesting list!

Thank you so much! I'm from Poland and im 19 but I started doing this 'top 100' when I was 14 and I began with songs from 50'. Thank you also for sharing your playlist. It was a nice rewind :) I noticed that you're from Israel and i'm so happy that your country joined to Eurovision because of so many great songs. I couldn't put them all in my top but I really like entries from 1991, 1992, 1973, 1982, 1987 and so on... thanks for watching!
