Better instruction than BOA themselves. The M2 directions show the sprocket coming off with the dial in step 2, but with your boots (like mine) the sprocket stays on. Would have been lost without your video. Score: guy with a shaky gopro 1, BOA corp 0. To Les I say thank you. To BOA I say rewrite your instructions to cover all cases.

Hey Les amazing how well this worked! I’m in the same boat. Did you put another seat post clamp on top of the clamp that holds the seat post in? Or is the rig resting on the clamp that’s already there. Thanks!

How To remove the stuck seat post in the carbon frame using this " Ultimate seat post remover jig " In this video I will show you how to remove ( cut seat post ) from the frame its process of not saving your seat post but removing it freely from the any material made bike frame. In this case I had beautiful Cyclocross Colnago Prestige carbon frame that previous owner did not maintain, and many parts were badly corroded with salt from sweating doing indoor workouts. One of them was aluminum Ritchey seat post. After seeing millions of YT videos how to remove stuck seat post seeing, ice, head, chemicals and penetrating oils and many of them failed I saw one video here by Adam from Colorado removing expansive carbon seat post out of his Pinarello carbon frame , his jig was made out of wood and very cleaver design and worked for him well. After I saw it I was thinking to build one with use of angle iron drill seat post hole ( just bigger ) to be able slide over the post and 2 additional holes for long bolts to use them as leverage, so 2 identical angle 2' irons with center seat post hole and 4 holes for the long 5-6" bolts . I than cut the seat post at most rounded shape near the top and drilled hole to put iron rod pin so the upper angle iron would be moving up against the pin and pulling seat post out of the frame. You want to make sure the lower angle iron and its bolts are nice and tight and fixed, good amount of grease helps on long bolt threads to help turn bolts at the top of the jig. Using short wrench is pointless, tireless I used old top tub from specialized frame as good leverage and the whole process took me about 20 minutes to remove 240mm post of of this frame. Sorry for my bad English I hope this makes sense and you be able to construct such jig and remove freely your stuck seat post. It worked for me !
