Beautiful car. As a kid my uncle had a 73 Chrysler imperial to me it was soo big. His was black just like this one. I'm also digging the music.

Nesbitt Park in Toronto. Audio sounds like a manufacturer film for salesmen's education. The electronic bump at various points like 8:05 is to indicate when the next slide was to be projected onto the screen in the room where it was shown.

i great instrumental from Chico Rey and The Jet Band - Stiletto. I original found it on the Soft Tempo Lounge site. Also a KZbin Chanel. www.youtube.com/@softtempo2.0 softtempolounge.com/ Thanks, it was fun to do. I really need to do a video for my black with white interior 73 Imperial, my 67 Dodge Wagon and others.

@boydsdodge Thank very much from those of us who shall never be in America; could never afford such cars; and whose country's roads aren't big enough to enjoy them even if they could; and, for replying so quickly and enthusiasticly. This was on the B side of the 1970 single, apparently: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4qVg6aQqtyteqcsi=SRS-7J3YF0QPkNvQ I can find out nothing about Chico Rey. I noticed one of the car's headlight covers, (I don't know the right word), moves a moment behind the other one; have you had to re-wire it at all, please ? I adore the way the lights and wipers appear to be swinging to the music. Thanks very much again.

@@heathstjohn267 On the head light doors, there is a long torsion bar from an electric motor to the light doors. The nature of the and age will have one a little delayed, with some work on tightening up the bars and the sockets I am sure it would fix the delay.

Beautiful car but they could have upgraded the gauge and dash for a few dollars more. It looks like a cheap Plymouth Fury gauge cluster ,no pop no bling just plain Jane no frills. This isn't suppose to be a no frills luxury car.

that one i would have liked to own one but bought others, i didn´t saw it then but if i did had seen it ,i would have bought it, i used to sell north american cars in Europe and i kept some for myself and they still run like new today, lot´s of money spent in keeping them that way but also i live in a region where there was almost no humidity in the air so it helped a lot, i do liove the cadillac coupe deville ,59 with big fins and the mercury marquis from 74 ,i think, also the cougar from 69 7.0L all black and all original ,i keep them original only some upgrades as in tires and brake or injection system modernised but not all, only some super heavy drinkers as when i went for a ride i used to spend a Mercedes w124 or the 300D in gasoline, this in late 80´s but whatever i went people gathered around it

My paternal grandmother had a cousin who drove nothing but Imperials. He was a mechanical engineer and did his homework when it came to choosing between Cadillac/Lincoln/Imperial. He traded every 4 years. My first experience was the '65. Hey kids, let's go for a ride through the state park. Seven year old kid jumps into the overstuffed, black leather back seat. SOLD! The '73 seemed 35 feet long and 18 feet wide. Did you know, Imperials were never allowed in Demolition Derbies because they're pretty much indestructible?
