are the inside pics really the TH's or larger houses?
@gerri-red-bird17 күн бұрын
These are all 1200 or less total sq. ft. I believe the official criteria for a tiny house is 1000 or less, so some of these may be a little bigger.

Warm and cozy small houses. Easier to clean as you get older. Spend more time doing other things instead of always cleaning big houses. These are more affordable and you don't have to spend most of your life paying it off.

You're right, and I think a really energy-efficient tiny home would cost almost nothing to run.

I wish my husband and I had known about this sort of thing 25 or 30 years ago when we were in our 30s or 40s. Now we are just too old to get a tiny house, both for financial reasons and physical reasons. But for anyone who is in the right situation in life for one of these, go for it. Not necessarily a tiny farmhouse, but a tiny house. Obviously if you have a large family, it won’t work, but once those kids are out of the house but before you retire, that’s the right time.

I also missed the boat on a tiny home. I love them though and wish there had been this many resources back then.

Yes, the entire English upper class was being slowly poisioned by their favorite and fashionable arsenic laced wall paper ... usually a more red color. So for health reasons, they went to the public baths which were poluted with urine and fecees bacteria from runoff from upstreem livestock! They couldn't win! Some concerned activists tried to warn about all this but the "fix was in" as too much money was being made from the baths and walpaper industry. Quite some years later people finally realized what was happening and the word got around. However, a whole generation's lives wre ruined by this. As far as Napoleon, it was a body doubble who was shipped to St Helena. Post mortum exams proved this fact.

Thank you for the information! This is so interesting. Since it was a body double, where did Napoleon actually end up? I love history. I am intrigued.

If I had that. When my husband would tick me off. I would just banish him to his “secret wall room” and he could hang out with his pretty “pictures” and drink his scotch. LOL I imagine they may not have always wanted to walk all the way up to their rooms to take a nap, or have a nice nooner-or afternoon delight.

Very, very interesting… sure do miss you girl! Thanks for sharing… but I gotta admit, it doesn’t want me to go jump in a tin can and go down and look at it!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Just a few laughs for ya!
