Who cares. F Ubisoft. Things that matter are good devs and the fun games they make. Companies can get F-ed, and IPs often get ruined, for example, Star Wars and Assassin's Creed.

They have a terrible "recent" ( I use the word lightly since they have taken SOOOO long to get this game out) track record, this game looks like a flashy hot mess, and there are very recent games that run rings around this game. That's why there is little to no faith. Many of us feel that the Developer criticism of the Original game, the self insertion of Devs into the game, and the change to action combat (which looks sloppily implemented) - as well as the gaslighting, lies and retconning - have destroyed what little faith we still had that this game will be in any way faithful to the original game. It's just too different and the changes too carelessly implemented. IF I play this game - and it's a big IF - it'll be after full release reviews from creators I trust (as opposed to community panel shills), and it'll be from the Steam bargain bin. No WAY I'm preordering or taking the CP and IGN's word for it. I'll need proof of a supreme masterpiece to make up for the horrid action combat. Sorry to BioWare, but BG3 IS the "new standard" whether you like it or not. 🤷

The Gamespot, PlayStationand Xbox chanels have trailes of the game. Not allot in my opinion they probably know its going to fail and are cuting there loses.
