Mooji - Nothing Nothing Nothing This helped me tremendously with fear of death when/after having serious health problems. The fear of death is NOT death, it is a feeling i learned to tolerate. After i opened myself to the fear, it disappeared. 😇

It's not the death that I0m afraid of, it's the pain and suffering that comes before it. I was diasnosed with one of the most feared diseases and to be honest I'd welcome death if it came silently while I'm asleep and turn off my lights while I'm still relatively OK. What I'm dreading is years of pain and disability progressin before Joe Black decides to give me a visit to the point I might call him myself.

I agree. For me personally, it's more about pain. Not actual death. I have watched hundreds of near death experiences and most state that death isn't painful at all. Some have said that they were pulled from their bodies before anything traumatic happened. One example was a girl involved in a car crash. As the car was flipping, everything slowed down and before she knew it, slipped out of her body before the car actually crashed. But, I often wonder what happens with shark attacks, or where there might be some 'suffering' before you slip out? There are plenty of folks who have had NDE's from heart attacks and all described the pain of the heart attack before slipping out. One woman was in a plane crash and said she left her body right before the plane hit the ground? So outside of believing in NDE's, it seems like it's hit or miss with the pain involved? If any of this makes sense! lol

I’ve breathed away the most intense pain of my life in Systema class 😂 You need to control your exhale timing more, really push out the breath harder in longer and shorter breaths and fine to inhale through your nose It doesn’t have to be at the same time rhythm out.. generally tho u got it right at the beginning of video saying its more exhale than inhale, you force the air out so the inhale is involuntary

Great to hear you are having a crack at fasting. Last year I did 2 x 10 day fasts and one 12 day fast, First one being new to it had Honey Tea not recommended, second and third water only. Third one leading up to it I only ate one meal per day at about 3pm for 3-4 days, then 12 days water only, I gave up coffee New Years eve 2016, give that up and I wouldn't let that drug near my body during a fast. After my first fast, the belt buckle slipped out a bit after the third fast belt buckle hasn't really gone out and I generally eat a lot less. I am about to embark on my next 12 day fast and will document it on my channel. Let me tell you my experience I have a skin cancer on my nose it was getting quite aggressive and people around me were getting concerned and wanting me to go to the doctors I refuse if that kills me so be it. Well to my amazement the fast stopped it from growing and it is now nearly cleared up. I also notice the skin things on my hands all cleared up.

wow, what a great testimonial to fasting. Yes ive been playing with fasting for a couiple of years but latrgely intermittent, OMAD and max 3 days. Next step is 7 and then beyond. I have discovered that Shivambu whilst fasting makes it easier to maintain. I dont know if youve gone down that route yet? but worth exploring. So good to hear that you halted the growth, thats fantastic...keep it up my friend, tell others your wisdom as you traverse this existence...we are on a similar path it would seem. @@EvolutionofDave sounds good. It’s not bad really, can’t really drink (which is no bad thing), explains why I was always a lightweight….that’s my reasoning anyway. More susceptible to jaundice, due to the excess bilirubin in my system. However the excess bilirubin acts as a protective against heart disease, which is a good payoff. Generally doesn’t affect my life in any meaningful negative way really, just have to be more aware of certain things. So I’m thankful for that.

Hey Bro I have ask what made you go to the doctor? So they can tell you you have cancer. You must put some faith in them. I have lost all faith in them. I have recently done 2 x 10 day fasts and the last one was 12 days. The last one made changes to my body. I have what I think is a skin cancer on my nose. It was growing aggressively before the fast. The fast halted it and it has shrunk and stopped growing. Of course everyone says get it checked out blah blah blah, if it kills good. It takes time for these thing to develop and it takes time to heal. The body heals itself. Hey Dave you look healthy to me. Human body is an amazing thing who ever invented it deserves a Nobel prize.

Been dealing with a lot of anxiety and self doubt lately. Head like a hornet nest full of loud bullies. Walked with a friend through a churchyard. "My dream is to one day feel like I have a place on this planet. That I am welcome to take up space." I thought about it again, just a moment before your voice said "Yours is the Earth". Thank you.
@EvolutionofDave3 ай бұрын
thank you friend, it may be worth considering that your 'monkey mind', that 'nest of bullies', are in fact a group of friends trying to keep you from harm. So just like those friends in real life that offer advice based on little knowledge, but mean well in their attempt to help...thats just like those thoughts/voices in your mind. The mind desperately wants to keep you from harm, so all those anxioues thoughts are merely responses to given stimuli that appear similar to past experiences. It doesnt always get it right, but it wants to help. So if you had a tough experience in the past, the mind doesnt want you to go through that again, so it will bring up words of 'wisdom' (fear based responses) to help you avoid that experience. When the thoughts come through, it may be helpful to say thank you, I appreciate your words, but actually, ive got this..im ok.

Hay fever is an autoimmune condition. Adding stuff in to your diet will not rid you of am autoimmune condition. Autoimmune conditions are caused by eating certain ingreidents that create microtears in your gut (gut permeability) and then intact proteins from your food enter your blood stream, causing your immune system to become overreactive. I have to do an elimination diet (carnivore diet) in spring and summer in order to eliminate hay fever without medications. Try an elimination diet like the GAPS diet or carnivore diet for 30 days then slowly introduce one new ingredient per week.

So Dave, i do breathwork, ashtangha yoga, cold therapy, meditation, i walk(don't run) about 50km a week, i also garden for a health organisation to earn a living. What i am perplexed by is supplements. Are you still on the NMN journey? My research which is relatively limited is proposing that niacin and not nicotinamide is more beneficial and I'm curious if you are aware of this or indeed have done your own research. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. You may well be off this path altogether now, so don't wish to waste your time. Regards, Andre

hi Andre, yes i no longer take NMN. I think these are all things worthy of consideration, but I do think we are all different and what works for one wont work for another. I also think, that unless we cleanse our liver, gut, colon first, then alot of the supplements have little to no effect. So could be worth you consdering that first.
