Great video. The model has super bad forward head posture during the look left and right part. Terrible. This video needs to be re done

Disc herniations do not heal, you may be in pain with headaches until your spinal fluid dissolves the ruptured disc contents. Overtime your pain may lessen or go away mostly, but the damage is permanent. Your spine may naturally try to fuse itself to hold the weight, but that is also dangerous as it may damage your spinal cord. Many top BJJ, MMA, boxers, body builders, and athletes have disc fusions or artificial discs. Most people have no idea how spine injuries can ruin your quality of life. While learning BJJ is amazing, get MRI scans of your spine from neck to lumbar at least once a year to make sure you QUIT before a disc herniates and pops.

Cool product. Price point is ridiculous though. Price should be $200-$300 at the most. You'd probably get more sales that way too.

Still struggling with a slight herniation in C5 and a pinched nerve after tapping to late to an arm triangle, even though I have good musculature. Doctor said my muscles avoided bigger and permanent damage, but I will train my neck even more and everyone should do it because not being able to use your arms, loss of grip strength and dexterity is a very scary thing!

It doesn't matter how strong your neck and back are. The discs shrink and the vertebrae start to rub together leading to stenosis. By 60 years old 90% of people have significant spinal stenosis. It simply sucks being mortal.

You can mimic this by just laying on your back, lifting up your head and looking left to right slowly! No expensive equipment needed. This has fixed and improved my neck issues, so I could see why someone would by this, but a waste of your home gym budget to me.

I tried everything including what you mentioned , nothing has got rid of my neck pain like this thing. Sucks they chose to price it so high simply because they own the patent… 100-200$ would be reasonable. 500 is ridiculous. But I do not regret spending it 🤷🏼

@0_Salohcin_0 I feel amazing! Woke up with instant relief after the surgery. Just follow their post op and rehab instructions to the letter. Lumbar is gonna be a lil diff than cervical though. I just had to wear a neck brace, dunno what they'll do to minimize your torso mobility.

I got my Iron Neck about a week ago and loved it. I always believed in having a strong neck with a strong body. I used to do neck exercise using a head harness that I bought at a sport store many years ago. I stopped using weights and started using heavy bends instead, which is a lot safer in more ways than one. So, the Iron Neck in that same category. The Iron Neck is better and more comfortable than using a harness even though, I also recently bought one of Iron Necks harnesses. I'm going to try and figure a way how to use that using bands as an addition with the Iron Neck.
