None of these are marriage mistakes. The mistakes made in marriage where already made before the relationship even started my guy. He leads she follows or she gets lost and that's it.

Not hating here its just constructive but using a lighter kettle bell and lifting it slower will build and do more for the muscles. that exercise you're doing there builds false hope for you and an injury later due to the momentum being what actually was lifting that weight for you. Keep up the work its positive mind body and soul.

we are all humans with emotions,it makes me sad when i hear a male shud suck it up cos they need to man up... to me manning up includes knowing when one needs help, especially mentally.. let men feel and be helpful as you would if a female is asking... befuddles me not to be understanding and help anyone

Coz people only want happy fun loving friends even if it were fake. Only your empath friends will actually be there when you are down.

Sorry to hear that. People move different when you stop playing the character they cast for you in their minds.

You'll find in most cases some people are only cool with you to stay close to YOUR woman. They lurk around waiting for trouble in paradise so when you two split...they do too.
