The first batch came out as thin as paper! Next time I beat the egg whites first to soft peaks then added to dry ingredients! MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, but I made these according to the directions and they were not very good. First, the measurements are definitely off. She must not have used a measuring teaspoon for the cocoa. I had to use 40 measuring teaspoons to get the thickness of the batter. Second, I had to cook for much less time to get the gooey middle. Third, the addition of the extra cocoa gave the cookies a bit of a bitter taste. I truly wanted to like these, but I won’t make them again.

@@lizhung3797 Here are her ingredients: Ingredients: 120g (1 cup) powdered sugar 50 g (10 tsp) cocoa powder 2 egg whites Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees C (320 F) in the lower part in the oven for 10 -12 min I did this and the batter was more like cake batter, so I kept adding cocoa - total of 40 measuring teaspoons. Too bitter for me. I also bakes for less time.

I stored them in fridge and put them out maybe 30 min before I serve them. I don't know how they turn after a few days. We have a sweet tooth. I can just tell you they are fine the second day
