Thank you for the comment. We agree 100% We always recommend going slow and controlling the pressure and listen to how your body feels. What you just said can be said to everything. Be careful when looking at your phone or sitting or working out could cause something worse. The person using the product is in control and go slow and listen and feel what is going on. Back of if something doesn’t feel right and go to an expert and invest in more knowledge of your body and see why that is.

@@PSORITE sorry if I wasn’t clear. My daughter has struggled with too much weight loss because she feels full. Can tightness of these muscle cause this? She has been tested for everything and all tests come back normal. She does have tightness across her mid back as well.

If she has tightness then yes it could definitely help. When you have tightness in the midsection will cause referral pain in her back. She needs to go slow and apply the pressure that feels good and not too aggressive. Daily massage and be aware of the difference she is feeling through out the week. Finally, an answer for the pain I've been experiencing while walking on the treadmill at the gym which has prevented me from walking at a fast pace! I tend to favor my right leg due to reconstructive surgery from a broken left tibia several years ago and my gait is way off. Thank you for providing this information and a solution that actually works to relieve the trigger point I've developed. Blessings to you and please continue to spread this knowledge for healing!

Can someone please make a video that shows someone standing up and someone pointing to the exact areas on the body that you are supposed to apply the pressure to. It’s very hard to see with draping clothing, and all of that stuff if you’re putting it in the right place. I could definitely see using this wrong can being very damaging. Please make a good video. Because, frankly, I’m gonna return the damn thing and start talking a lot of crap about it. Their instruction on this is very irresponsible. It’s almost as if watching you guys make videos on this and as you shoot the video you make up stuff on how you can use it in the spot. I can definitely SEE the potential. But not right now. There’s too much clothing in the way.

Im going to try this. I have been feeling random pain when stretching or getting into and out of bed. Sometimes, when putting on shoes. I ride a bicycle regularly at least 4 to 5 miles per day. And never feel it there while riding or dimounting or mounting the bike. This has been going on more than a month, and it seems random, I can't purposely make it happen. It feels like a nerve pain to me. Edit: I initially thought it was the bone in pain. It's always on the outside of the foot, right where the bone bulge is.

Ok start on your psoas and hip low back area and work your way down your leg. We do this because all the nerves are coming out of your lower back to your foot. Work down your hamstring Calves and then feet. Keep us posted on how you feel

Hi Nick I would love to chat and guide you on what is going on with your sciatica I would recommend massaging your psoas and quads first to help with the positioning of your pelvis. Second QLs Third your glutes - outer and glute Maximus going slow and not pressing too hard for too long Listen to your body and start out with 15sec massage and stand up and move around in a pain free range of motion see how you feel repeat as needed

It all depends on pressure and location. Some spots you will be able to hold a nice pressure for 2-3min and some areas only a couple seconds The main thing is to start with less pressure and time on each area of concern and build it up over time and make sure to include movement in between your massage sessions. For example you massage your psoas left side for 15 sec breath 1-3 times deep and then stand up and move around walk , squat all in a pain free range of motion and the. Repeat the massage for same time or try 30 seconds 3-6 deep breaths and then get up and move again Do one more round if necessary or take a break and come back later in the day or right before you go to sleep and repeat the process and see how you feel. In this video in the back of the armpit inside the shoulder blade. I recommend you Need to gently massage all over inside the armpit. Front of the armpit peck minor and back inside to the subscap …. Plus work on the outside of the armpit in the tricep, lat, rotator cuff connections. Go slow and don’t press too hard there are nerves and blood vessels and lymphatic more exposed in the armpit. Focus on movement and listen to your body when something feels off come off and move your arm around and test shoulder movements out slowly and see what your range of motion is like. And repeat as necessary throughout your workout or day. Just like exercise if you feel sore the next day take a break and do the massage another day. Reach out with any questions I’m here to help.
