The Germans committed crimes against humanity whilst the Russians casually watched the city fall into demise, waiting to take over, eventually being gifted poland by the allies who feared not to upset Stalin and thus Poland fell into soviet hands for another 45 years. Terrible act of unimaginable cruelty from the Germans and betrayal by the “allies”

My grandfather was a captain in the Rats of Tobruk. He had a ton of memorabilia up until he passed away. Thankfully he donated everything to the RSL who have preserved it all to this day.

Carthaginian citizens weren't black, and the mercenary armies that Carthage used especially weren't black. Neither were the gauls that fought with Hannibal. Not even modern Berbers are this dark skinned, so I really wonder where this idea of black Carthaginians came from.
