I enjoyed watching Rose because she reminded me of my mom especially when the grandchildren called her Nana like my kids. I know her character probably didn't fit in, but I liked her anyway.

Funny, I was just reminiscing about this movie when it came out and remembering this little scene and how it stuck with me all these years. Good to see someone else was fond of it as well.

Peggy Rea was a great actress. On "Dukes of Hazzard," she couldn't rely on her looks. So she brought a lot of personality to the show as Lulu Hogg. It's interesting that her character at first was only seldomly seen. And she was selfish and self centered. Bo had a funny way of teasing her. HOWEVER, as the show went on, she appeared more and more frequently and her character became a lot nicer and more likable. An especially memorable episode was S6 ep 1 "Lulu's Gone Away." She was kidnapped, and Bo, Luke, Daisy, Jesse, Boss, Rosco, and Enos all joined forces to save her.

LMAO!! My crazy uncle use to let me watch this movie when I was 5-years old!! One of my fav. parts of the movie.
