It seems so to me as well but...you might consider that it could be a free integral hang which is not tuned by the standard 440Hz. Its the so called free tuning! But i also dont like the sound of this Hang. Theres something wrong with it in my opinion, you can clearly hear it in the beginning of the video. :(
