Raspberry pi 4 or 5? 4gb or 8gb ram?
@alecrimi
@alecrimi 22 күн бұрын
in this video RPI 4 with 4GB, if you have Pi5 and 8GB of RAM, things will go definitely better. Also, you cannot run Phi LLM and LLama2 with 4GB of RAM, with 4GB you can only use TinyLLama and TinyDolphin

@@alecrimi You can use a swap file. Better make sure you have some fast storage. But the larger the model, the slower it gets (even without swap).

@@LivingLinux Swap, external hat like Coral or the Hailo 8L, there are plenty of possibilies. Though the Hailo hat works only on the RPI 5 plus given the price makes more sense to buy a Jetson

@alecrimi do you know if this is still doable? And if so, can I pay you to show me or send it to me? I’ve tried to using all kinds of git’s , libs.. just running into so many issues between the connections. This is a serious project. I wanted to start back up. It still works. I will be happy to exchange your time for money. @alecrimi

Can I connect neurosky mindwave set device?
@alecrimi

if you talk about the bluetooth streaming yes, if you mean for the actual reading no, you need to use Neurosky specific libraries: pypi.org/project/NeuroSkyPy/ or github.com/akloster/python-mindwave

great to have possible interaction with blender. May be an off topic question but I was looking once to visualize a T1 3D volume with a given mesh is blender. But I could not find the kind of 3D view we are used to in neuroimagin traditional viewer
@alecrimi
@alecrimi Жыл бұрын
if you loaded the T1 with nibabel, and then put the nii.data into "vals3". Then you can see the mesh as (sorry this is not as easy in github): me = bpy.data.meshes.new('pc') bm = bmesh.new() bm.from_mesh(me) for x, y, z in vals3: co = scale * Vector((x, y, z)) v = bm.verts.new(co) bm.to_mesh(me) ob = bpy.data.objects.new('pc', me) scene.collection.objects.link(ob)
