If I set the non-sphericity factor to 3 (for strongly non spherical particles), what type of size does the instrument finally measure? The equivalent spherical s diameter ? Thanks.

25:44 isn't it more like For an 15MP Sensor 50% green pixels --> 7,5MP 25% red pixels --> 3,75MP 25% blue pixels -->3,75MP ? Interesting stuff. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for your presentation,it's great.Could I ask you a question? What the rel.weight mean in the Y axis? is it the Molecular Weight of the NPs?

The Y axis in this case is not showing the molecular weight of the NPs. It is showing the total weight or mass of the particles sedimenting pass the light source detector beam (calculated using Mei Light Scatter theory). The weight data can be shown in absolute fixed terms (micrograms) or in a relative mode where the base peak is 100% and every other peak is then a relative weight measurement. The Y axis can be converted to a relative number and relative surface area measurement as well. We hope we have addressed your question, please let us know if you need any further assistance.
