@Vil-Lut If in baguio, go to buildpass.baguio.gov.ph and select the application type for existing homes. The procedure is similar to bldg permit, but the architect or ce can guide you for the technical matters.

@garyspeed8961 Vol 3 Traditional method: Since layout is just a tool, the architect relies on his construction expertise for quantity take-offs as the symbols are countable with csv by looking at the dimensions and schedule. But for the vol 4 bim method: The lines can be projected in the model, or transferred from layout, to get the quantities with report generation tools - provided they are grouped or tagged properly. (Generating bom is shown in other videos, but the workflow for layout to skp is not shown - some tutorials are part of the paid lessons.)
