Wow. Sometimes you see a band perform a song live and you just think "jesus christ, imagine being there." This captures the essence of The Smiths so well.

This might sound weird, but I put this song in the category of "It Takes Two" by Rob Base. If you liked it the first time you heard it, you like it the 1000th time. No matter how many times you've heard it, or how long it's been since you heard it, it moves you. And if you don't like it, you never will.

One band I never got to see perform live. The Smiths had all those ingredients that made them a tour de force! It’s a shame that tensions within the band bought them to an end. But I supposed clashing ego’s and eccentricities are what made them an iconic band with one of the most unique sounds in musical history. Both Johnny and Morrisey are the Lennon and McCartney of their generation.
