@@julliesoares6475it’s legal. The back spot is the brace and also a member of the original stunt group which makes it legal. Have to be connected to an original base or back spot, a “brace” (back spot in this case), and have the required number of catchers. (at least 2 I think, because it’s coed but it could be 3 catchers for all girl.) A full twist would make it a level 3 skills. I’m going off of USAF’s leveling system/legality requirements by the way. I know it’s similar to ISAF but I don’t know if it’s identical. Both regulate allstar cheerleading however.

I’m not totally sure, but I think you have to be connected with someone when one base is in extension for level one

it depends whether or not its in pyramid, if it is, usually the flyer connects to someone else, but if it isn’t pyramid, they dont

I found this video very helpful. I am working with young kids from. A small town ms and it's fun to learn basic stuff to help them get stronger. Others may laugh but we don't have a lot ppl and your videos are very clear and informative!
