And in 15th FC only 2011 population was used ...... In question it was asked that in which FC was the first time 2011 population was used?? Common sense it was first introduced in 14th FC where it was first used along with 1971 population data ....... In the 15 th fc 2011 data was used and that was opposed by South state .It was in lime light though 14 th fc used 2011 data but it was used as demographic indicator but for population matter 1971 data was used.
