As someone who was diagnosed with ocd, adhd, gad, c-ptsd, I can confidently say that the only cure for me was the truth and the promises of the Bible. All those "illnesses" fell away as I stopped leaning into my identity, and clung to who God says I am to Him!

I had one question from page 81 - what is a VA? There were a few short forms I wasn't sure... figured out AP must be Accountability Partner.
