This is a heavily misleading video, I have been in Munich since March 2023, and me and my classmates and friends have been applying for jobs but none of us have landed any of them, the requirements have been changed and have become very much demanding, plus they require language now even for IT jobs. Also, only senior level positions are open with at least 15 rounds of interviews which could also be the cases for ghost jobs. So, ask many people who are already working, do your research properly and then make your decisions.
