malec fighting is like being a child of divorce 😭 but the worst part is that i can truly understand where both are coming from. magnus is immortal. he has every right to have momentos so he can remember the people he loved. there’s nothing wrong with him loving those people. but ! yes alec also has every right to feel awful at this uncomfortable future he is facing. not only is magnus his only love (and the only one he will have), he has to live with the fact that he will only be a small part of magnus’s life at this point in the season. love your reactions!

I felt nothing for cleo and kaleb...they had absolutely no chemistry...and like really...nothing in common..nothing..I kind of think cleo and Landon had better chemistry than her and kaleb..but you haven't made it to that part yet

Personally I felt Soldier Boy was wasted in s3, so I hope we see more of him interacting with other characters in season 5's timeline. Since Homelander's worried about aging, it's interesting to see what he will do with dear old dad who doesn't. We don't know if Kate's mind control will work on her imaginary boyfriend, so he feels like the ultimate wild card.

Hizzies dynamic is peak. Love when the show focuses on them like this. Not my favourite monster of the week but seeing Hope, Lizzie, Landon, Kaleb and Cleo standing side by side was tough. If only MG and Josie were here, it’d be a peak friendship group. It seems we might need a new Power Rangers update from Jer soon with the way the super squad has changed. Also… does anyone else notice that sometimes they don’t light a characters face for a shot? I was distracted in Alarics emotional scene because I could barely see him when he wasn’t looking directly at Josie.

I love MG but huh?? You kept a big secret for weeks, and when everyone reacts accordingly by not taking your side on ONE SITUATION, you leave the entire fucking school? Characters on this show explain so much of their reasonings through clunky dialogue and I’m still left baffled 🤣 I didn’t remember Lizzies character becoming this enjoyable. She’s the saving grace of most episodes this season. She’s only gotten more interesting the less rude she’s become. Like her mother.

Oh yeah, Julie Plec actually wanted to do a Buffy reboot but they said no , I think they couldn't get the full rights to it or something. So since she still had access to her Vampire Diaries and Original stuff, she originally pitched Legacies as basically vampire diaries meets Buffy the Vampire Slayer. But then around 2020 she apparently got some sort of access to Buffy, and started writing a script and had cast callings for script reading, but you know covid happened. I don't know what came of it afterwards. But as Legacies continued, she stopped caring as much because she got rights to Vampire Academy (previously adapted as a bad movie but she got the TV rights to it) and pretty much left all of her assistant showrunners in charge of Legacies series and eventually dipping out altogether. The show apparently bombed in 2022.

The issue I had with legacies is how much it focused on Landon for too long, almost making it his story instead of the 3 “legacies” left from the other 2 shows. Hope, Lizzie, & Josie were interesting enough characters that could’ve had so much better individual stories that weren’t about relationships. Hopes mother & father died for her and somehow her story always revolves around Landon, Haley is rarely even mentioned throughout the show too. I enjoyed watching legacies because of Hope, Lizzie, & Josie but I could write a thesis about Legacies and how I think it could’ve been so much better. Brett had everything in his hands to make something as great as they first 2 shows but he decided not to do that

Honestly malec fighting broke my heart. I get Alec's point, but I really resonated with Magnus </3 Jonathan is.. interesting. I just think his knowledge of right and wrong and love is just very twisted so maybe it manifests into /that/ I love Simon and maia :(

Once Hope activates her vampire side she stops aging, I would want to wait as well... Would YOU want to be forever a teenager? I'd do it at around the age of 25, you're legal everywhere, no more teenage hormones and you're brain finally finishes forming....

Not me Landon is as much of a character as the rest of them his legacy matters just as much his father being an antagonist just gives him forefront priority in season 1 and 3

If I enjoyed Alarics character, his and Kalebs relationship would be one of my favourites. They have the potential for very interesting conversations. Kalebs character needs moments like this where he’s got a bit more agency that actually has to do with his character and not some 3 episode love triangle The concept for this episode isn’t even bad, even with the leprechaun, they just made it too childish. The scene with the woman about to attack Hope could’ve been so tense but they played it up for laughs. Funny you made the Nickelodeon comment because that’s exactly what I was comparing this show to during the episode. This show, like the other two, are funniest when they’re not going over the top.

I liked having a MOTW again. The leprechaun was fitting for St Patricks. I like when this show does Holidays. I also really like Wade and I am happy to have more of him in the episodes. Near the end though, the episode started to drag. It just felt so slow and boring like the previous episodes this season have been. This season just doesn't really seem to have a purpose? I prefer Josie's interactions more with Ethan than Finch. Finch just seems too complicated and broody to me. I already don't like how she talks to Josie. She's acting so into things when they barely know each other. She comes off a bit possessive to me.

Hated this episode, didn't need to see Hughie be SA for an entire episode. Also it was announced a couple months ago Soldier Boy will be a main character in season 5, he's also starring in a prequel called Vought Rising with Stormfront.

If they wanted to make Dany insane, they should have done it right, if I was her I would have burned Kingslanding right away and keep my distance from people in westeros. Tell Tyrion, Jon and Varys to go on with their lives, she could have dealed with the night king afterwards, she would have 3 dragons and enough means to defend herself, and the northerners would be gone instead of ruining her life and being petty even when she lost it all for them.

JEDDDDDDD (unless Jeremy is doing this on purpose cuz i dont know anymore lol) Love that Lizzie is always there to help Hope but I wish we would get more Josie/Hope interactions. They were one of the more popular ships for the show and somehow they were constantly ignored??? Josie’s storyline is really boring imo. There’s just nothing interesting there and I don't care for her new love interest. Hope’s storyline SUCKS and it's always all about Landon. I’m a bit tired of the necromancer storyline too, it just feels dragged on. I don’t think we need the same villain for the 3rd season. In general this episode was super blah. Worst season definitely.

Unfortunately this season is just blah. I feel like they kinda lost their strive after Covid hit. Their storylines are a bit repetitive and boring. The UC stuff in this ep was just pointless. It felt super fillery. It would have worked better for a Halloween episode or something. With that said, it was still sort of fun to watch. Not feeling this Josie/Finch thing at all. I would rather see Maya/Josie. It's too bad they say she is gone. I don't understand the hair choices at ALL. Like Lizzie was clearly wearing a wig last week that was SUPER BLONDE and now she has her natural hair with dark roots??? They've had Hope in wigs randomly too... thankfully those are almost gone I think.
