Brilliant cheap fix done mine today

Top man, I drilled the big hole like you did to see what part I was locking the pin against and it all made sense, thanks dude took all of 15 minutes and it works a treat

cheers done a sort of fix on mime now thanks to your vid. had a right job lining up the screw on the other side to make it bit. Nearly gave up and just used epoxy to have a permanent down position. cheers bud 👍

Thanks for the video. I watched the German version and kind of followed the process of repair, your video solidified my thoughts and spurred me into action. It is ashame that the camera is unable to capture the minute detail. However follow the instruction and it works. You video did seem to miss the crucial step of inserting a trimmed nail into drilled hole. Also I do like your idea of drilling a large view hole first, definately help me position the drill exactly to coincide with the lobed metal cam. Fixed with a 4" nail, who'd have thought. Happy days :)
