I wouldn't talk about this in detail bc it reinforces that it bothers you n she ll use it to hurt n manipulate you. Once is enough don't keep talking about it.

When I am house sitting some of the people I stay at their homes and looking after their furry babies some use dryer sheet the others use dryer balls. I sometimes use dryer sheets because of some of towels get very bad static.

Wow this doctor is so amazing. He is covering ALL the bases and actually cares. I have fought and fought to figure out my autoimmune diseases and still haven’t been given any definitive answers. I wish I could get an appointment with this doctor! Could I ask what this doctors name is and his location?

This could absolutely be a lesson for her. Maybe a little tuff love for 1 day obviously feed her and carefully watch her, but maybe take her brother for a nice lunch date getting him a cheap toy while Snow spends some time with Travis watching her but by herself. I have had children and grandkids never have they said anything like this even as teens. I really feel like you need to kick this is the butt now teach her words mean alot and can cause people so much pain!

I’m so sorry ur going through all of this! I completely get it tho! I have several autoimmune disorders myself. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, & Lupus. It took me abt 3yrs to get a proper diagnosis. I knew I was in a lot of pain & didn’t feel good at all but no one could tell me what was wrong! Mine started out with extreme shoulder pain. One MRI of my shoulder said the damage was caused by heavy working out & working out too much & heavy weight lifting! The problem with that was I rly hadn’t worked out a day in my life! I loathed working out. It was frustrating. The other thing abt autoimmune disorders is that they cause so much pain & destruction within ur body but on the outside u look fine so ppl will assume u are fine! Or they’ll say, u don’t look sick! They don’t realize how bad autoimmune diseases rly are. I always try to explain it like this…besides the constant pain that ur in from the bone & joint issues autoimmune issues causes ur immune system to be in constant over drive. It’s like when u have the flu & all u feel like doing is sleeping bc ur tired & don’t feel good. That’s what we feel like 100% of the time bc our immune systems are constantly working overtime! It’s exhausting.

Oh Channon, I will pray for you to get to the root of your health problems, and with proper medical help, you will soon feel much improved. The Dr. sounds like he knows what he's talking about and wants to sincerely help you. I liked it when he said, "Let me try to get you well."

If you find a more natural way to remove static from clothes keep us updated! I've tried a few methods and none of tthem work for me, including the wool dryer balls. I guess nothing is like the good old dryer sheets.

I’m so sorry!!! My daughters had said this a few random times for seemingly not a reason our daughter is not officially diagnosed with a ADHD or add or behavioral disorder but she definitely is SO smart it’s like she gets so confused sometimes with her words or she get overwhelmed and says mean things sometimes ? Definitely No excuse for saying that kind of stuff but I know that my daughter loves me and her dad and everyone and she says stuff she doesn’t always understand the consequences for as she is 5 and LEARNING but my point is snow loves you!! And don’t fret!! ❤ your are a great amazing mom!!!! Sometimes kids speak most times they speak and don’t truly understand what they are saying and or the consequences of what they are saying ❤ much love ❤❤

Yea I think you can't give too much attention to these comments. You give an explanation once, you tell her you love her anyways, explain everything you did and then change the subject, just like that. Kids are testing the power of their words, I really don't think she means it. She's looking to see what you're going to do, it's ok to say that that makes you sad but maybe not go into deep emotions too much. she's testing you and needs to hear that you'll always be there and that you love her no matter what she tells you. It's giving her too much power.

Oh Channon, you are such a wonderful, loving Momma. This brought me to tears. My son has said this to me too. But what you said to Snow really shows how blessed she is to have you as a Mom & has a loving family. I hope things get better & she gets past saying that. It’s so hurtful to our Momma hearts to hear our babes say they don’t love us. Sending so much love 🤟🏼🤍🥹

You are an amazing Mom Channon and you handled it really well, with your reassurance, aw I actually think there's something in the air, my sister's little boy told her the same thing last week, actually to my sister and her husband that he decided he doesn't like them anymore lol, she phoned me right after lol, I think kids probably say I don't like you or don't love you to express that they upset about something, and they are just using the wrong words, they of course don't mean it at all, I remember when I was a teen comparing my mom saying my friend's mom was a better mom that she was a cooler fun mom and let my friend do what she wanted, I told my mom that my friend's mom was a better mother, ooh I feel terrible for saying that, and I know I really hurt my Mom's feelings, and I still feel so bad about it to this day, I lost my Mom a few years ago, and we were really close, I still miss her every day. Hope you are doing great hun lots of love to you and your beautiful family 🤗💕

Channon handled Snow Perfectly... When I was still raising my kids I think its also important that the child knows they cannot have everything they want, or their way everytime.. and needs to be said verbally to the child...Snow seems to be very sensitive to feelings...hugs to you Channon....Again, I still love THE NANNY..Maybe she has a way to help this situation...she's on youtube..Ive done 20+ years of parenting therapy, that does not make me a doctor. You did well Channon...

It is so common for children to say these things when they are mad. Kids have even packed their bags and gotten 7 feet down the street and then ran back 😂 Honestly if you had "dropped her off" she would have gotten back in that car so fast! Children that age are learning boundaries and looking for tactics to get their own way because they are gaining that little but of independence where they want to be able to do what they want when they want to do it.
