Bro, you did not expose the service center name and location so that Mahindra can take the action on that particular delear or the service center if they want. Atleast the manager of that service centre should address that matter.

I have the Diesel AX7 automatic xuv3xo and its working in perfect condition, no issues at all, yes i think there can be faults but that dosent mean the product is not good, Mahindra is known for its best engines, its just a mechanical fault may be any coolent pipe might be loose..stuff happens its normal dont worry about that..just be cool, even purchasing 60L car you will face such problems. I want to tell you something about few days back I was travelling through train and the train wheels almost catched fire, we got the fire alarm, the issue was the air break got jammed and the whole time it came stucked to the wheel, even a 10cr train has these kind of issues, so i guess yes these type of problems in an ic engine is quite normal

Mahindra is well known for very poor PDI and poor after sales service. My vehicle came with a poorly set alignment, differential problem yet to be set right, and as usual in most service centers - that is parts swapping

It's a good will they shuld accept the truth, it's a manufacturing defect or low quality or quality check issue. They should do R&D in such cases to avoid in future cars.

Car is not good, I am having 3xo AX5 diesel variant, there are lot of issues in the car, I can say Mahindra is selling an unfinished product, literally they didn't even test the car properly before launching it. In the remote key they have given the option to open the boot door but if you press that boot door related button then boot door will not open, you have to open it manually by pressing the boot button available on the door. Second thing is lot of cabin noise inside the cabin. Third thing is sometimes when you start the car, automatically the 'FM Radio' starts with big sound. Fourth thing is in high traffic you have to use first gear, you cannot manage on second gear, if you try to manage then car stops. But the pick up of the car is very good, In high speeds the car performance is very good, it easily reaches to top speed without much time lag.

I wanted to buy xuv3xo, after watching this i may continue with my i20

*Bhai mere pass XUV7OO hai and 2014 HONDA AMAZE hai but HONDA ka service Bhot aache hai and Mahindra ki service 3rd class hai mere 2nd service ka bill 14k aaya tha mein shocked tha dekh kar aur meine usme side footstep lagya toh mera bill 41k hua tha and gaadi doors se chu chu sound aana start hogaya after 2nd service so meinne wd40 se aavaj band kia but Mahindra ki service 3rd class hai & HONDA ki service best morning ko car dekar afternoon ya evening tak deliver karte hai*

Bad luck. If you buy Tata Or Mahindra car, you have to depend on your luck for its performance. I've also bought XUV 3XO AX7L petrol variant few days back. Undergone PDI through Car Vaidya. Just crossed 100 km. Till date no issue.

I bought 3xo ax5L blue petrol manual i had the issue related to bug but mahindra service centre solved it as soon as i reported in it

Yes MID reading has 3 to 4 kms error .. 15 to 17 is max measure by tank to tank mileage.. I believe too this car has lot of scam elements.. lot of features.. will fail in mechanical or electrical parts.. see the history of xuv 300 and 700 they have lots of problems

Average 9 to 15 tak aata hay. Don't create hype.

Mahindra sales service is worst and dealer is treating you like begger, no process, no update and even you reach to Mahindra customer care they redirect to dealer. Don't get in trap of all looks and engine etc. Now come to know from this video as service center also not handling customer properly. Avoid purchase of Mahindra vehicles.
