Bro, you gotta shoot their guns if you're low HP. If they get a lucky hit on you, it's ova You can't just keep shooting shield all the time (already broken)

@@lets-allplay way to go! At the end of the day, enemy weapons is the main reason the run will end, your hull hp is a crucial resource. If they don't have strong shields, it helps to aim for the weapons first, and then calmly disable shields and pilot/engine to make them more vulnerable.

Such a classic feud. As a young kid I was 100 and 1 % on the Hogan's side during the led up and aftermath but as an adult and re-watching I can sort understand where the Macho Man was coming from. The Hulkster definitely had lust in his eyes for Miss Elizabeth (lol). I still follow wrestling from time to time but in my opinion there was just something special about that time period.

Greetings Sir - hope you are well and thank you for stopping by. I missed out slightly on the arcade boom so most of my experience with these classic games are from the home console ports. A few of my favorites were Ms. Pac Man and Donkey Kong Jr. I do have some memories of visiting arcades but it was getting towards the point were the games were costing $.50 / $1. for a single credit and that was no bueno.

I totally agree and to be honest the gameplay isn't terrible either. I mean it is nothing to write home about but for what it is - I consider such an amazing game, maybe even better than some of the NES WWF games.

Had this on Sega was 🔥, I liked SNES roster better, but Hogan was on Sega is what gave it an edge. SNES sprites looked better too

100% - I def agree with your sentiments. I did like the SNES version as playing with a 3 button controller was a pain but the SEGA version def had a few features I enjoyed. Having finishers which I believe the SNES version didnt and last but not least, you could play as the Hulkster, which as a kid that is all I wanted to do. Using emulation and a rom. I am using a program called "RetroArch" for emulation - can get it as a stand alone program or install such via steam but any playstation emulator would work like ePSXe, it's just that RetroArch brings everything together under one roof. For the rom - googling " Playstation - SmackDown! 2 Know Your Role rom" should get you started in the right direction. If you have any issues, let me know and I'll try to help.

@@lets-allplay I download my emulators on my phone which one can I download on android ? The ones I downloaded and the PS2 roms never work but the ppsspp does work but that's for PSP only

@@Tonyconstanza I have very litter experience with androids so I might be of little help in that area. From what I am seeing everyone is saying the emulator " duckstation " is best for android. I have used the duckstation emulator/core in retroarch and have noticed it runs pretty well with the limited experience I have with it. There is also a ePSXe for Android as well but I never used that version. If you want let me know if you make any progress or have any more issues - hopefully such will get working or someone else can come along and provide better information. Best Wishes !

Another month were Stevie did not get a single booking. What makes me question such is how both The Goodfather and Bull Buchanan got booked. In Goodfather's case, he was on almost ever single show! What should I do ?? Keep faith and hope Stevie starts getting booked? Restart the season? Keep reloading the save state of the first raw of the month until Stevie gets booked? Start a new season with a different character? Open to suggestions

I wanted to look such up to confirm and you are 100% correct. The Power Rangers wiki lists both "Tengu Warriors & Oozemen" in the villains section of the 1995 movie and nothing on the "Puttys". Same - Really was a big opportunity wasted. I was always hoping for a "mastered / complete"(for lack of a better term) version of this game with a huge roster and updated finishing moves but alas this was the end for this engine... what a bummer. Man early video games were so fun. I had this controller thing back when i was 16 that had the red,yellow and white hook up to the tv. It had a bunch of generic and cheap knock offs of real games on it. They had a wrestling game on it so simple yet so fun.

I agree 100% - To me, there is something special about retro games that are magical to me. Do you recall which controller game you had back then? As odd as it might seem (considering this port doesn't have many fans), this game was/is very special to me. I can still recall going to visit my friend's on the weekends and getting to play this game along with a bunch of other Sega games, most being first party arcade ports. Try as I might, I just had the hardest time making it through the loop without crashing. Haha, we must have spent hours just replaying that section over and over. Because of that memory, I made it a habit to go back and visit this game every so often. This run right here wasn't terrible but it was far from perfect. Figured I would upload it as I would like to show such and to also hear what other people think and if there is anyone who feels the same as I do when it comes to this classic game.

I believe only in the German and French versions. I was able to find this quote - "The French and German releases were censored and the game was forbidden to players younger than 16 years. Furthermore, the Nimdok chapter was removed, likely due to the Nazi theme - especially for Germany, due to previous reaction of the Federal Department for Media Harmful to Young Persons to National Socialist topics".

Me either to be honest, a lot of these games have rather odd choices when it comes to rosters. Don't get me wrong, I am glad Flair is in at least one of the 16 bit games, I just think they could have selected the wrestlers a bit better.

Awesome game! Congrats to Yokozuna! Although… I have a morbid side. I couldn’t help but notice the entire time there were six competitors in the game…. Three of them are currently still among us, and three of them have passed away. I know, I shouldn’t allow myself to be distracted by that, but… I was. For instance, it was Bret, Shawn, & ‘Taker vs. Yoko, Perfect, & Savage. Every time a living player was eliminated, a living player would take his place, and vice versa. Anyhoo. Maybe I should go back to watching cat videos. Thanks for this video, and, the memories!!

Man I know exactly what you are talking about with trying not to get distracted by paying attention to how many of the wrestlers are not with us anymore. Very odd how that entry order ended up like that, I didn't notice such until you mentioned it. If videos could be a comfort food then WWF Primetime Wrestling would be my last meal as whenever I am feeling blue I will put that on. For me nothing beats Bobby and Gorilla together calling the action with those superstars from that era. Even tho I enjoy every moment that I watch I can't help but to acknowledge how many of the wrestlers have passed away from that show/era. It is especially sad when everyone on the screen has passed away, wrestlers, referee, announcers, ect...
