I didn't like this. Could've been resolved by the guy asking the other guy "Why does this fish have a human face?", and suddenly, either he's not alone in seeing this anymore, or he realizes he's just seeing things. Either way - the spookiness is resolved. I really dislike "horror" that can be resolved in one sentence.
