Nothing wrong with this. The shop had no idea the product would be scalped and supply shot. Nothing wrong with putting out a statement to protect the community. All of you should be doing this.

This is called troll bidding and it's very common on eBay especially for pre-release items. The person bidding is probably the person who owns the item or somebody they know and then they're just going to pay the price but not really pay for it

This guy is very misinformed. Safari zone is not cutting open the ETBs they sold online for under msrp. It’s only for their in store purchases. I bought a sealed case from them for $480 not cutting open

Dose not matter the hobby you placed that order at that price both agreed on it at street date you should get that product at that price. the time after street date is up to the deal, a week a month after. The seller can do whatever they want with the product. Thats just my opion

@ultrashot0521 For me, I have a small shop, so I'll sell half and hold half. Depending on how much you got them for. You may see them come down alittel and then go back up near release or right after release. This market is crazy on prerelease stuff. I would keep an eye on it.

Scalpers are killing the Pokemon TCG. Stores are even cancelling SELLING POKEMON CARDS because of how vicious the scalpers are even committing crimes proving scalpers are ALL CRIMINALS!!

@@PokeVaultFlorida I wish I knew how to stop scalping. I wish it was a crime so we could report the scalpers and shut them down for good. Pokemon TCG is going to be a dead game because scalpers are making it impossible for most fans to get ANY cards at all.

@chaudspieler the only way I can see it stopping is if no money can be made. The industry as a whole feels unregulated with shady backend deals. From pokemon to distributors and big box stores. Im a small Poke LLC just started a few months ago, and the supply is all gone for the most part with my distributor. I'm having to look into other TCG to stock my shelves.

It’s absurd how a product that’s supposed to be out three months from now costs more than some products that have been out for years. For three years, I’ve had no issue ordering pokemon center etb’s . Now it looks like it will be impossible. All because of a bunch of losers who want to make a quick buck by scalping.
