It’s called “Getting Into Korean Music” by the KZbinr “Shoes in the Dryer” where he mentions the history of Korean music before Seo Taiji and Boys who were the first modern Kpop group. The video is really interesting and if you wanna get into older Korean music, I’d recommend it!

As someone who got into K-pop way back in 2002, I always love to see newer K-pop fans discovering Baby V.O.X as they were my ult group back in the day with Kan Miyoun being my bias of the group. I would suggest checking out her solo output Miyoun did while she was with Source Music in 2010-2011.
