I appreciate that out of all the Sifu who give public demonstrations on this on KZbin, you actually give clear explanations on how to do it. This makes it a much more tangible skill to be learned. How do I learn more about the pore breathing you mentioned? Is this just inhaling with a sense of expansion and exhaling viualizing prana coming into all the pores of your body or perhaps even into the bones?

Excellent videos, without any shaking. Audio is awesome except when walking down an outdoor corridor, where it pick up the wind noise ( a makeshift windscreen overlying the microphone placement on your phone should cut down the wind noise). May I have more detail on contact info of the hotel so I can schedule a visit? Thank you sifu

Yes, a gimbal would make a noticeable difference. Even when a camera like a newer gopro has its own electronic image stabilization, the gimbal takes it to another level. It takes an exceptional camera to not need a gimbal for steady and non-nausea-inducing footage (for some folks). Thanks and good days to you.

Greetings Mark..! I watched this dozens of times in the past. It's cool now that I understand the mechanisms. Relying on the bad audio is a mistake compared to figuring things out on our own with a little help from meditation and practice (mainly through making mistakes). Thanks for uploading.

nice and smooth. It's a clear instruction of how sinking in first (as in CMC 37 step form) can generate a more stable grounding whilst still generating an outward energy. It's explained to me in my school many times, but normally just against nothing. Being shown here with a partner makes it very clear. Thanks you!

Cont'd: For your information, although you may already know this, 2 centimeters of movement in the hip-joint (kua) is all it seems to take for dramatic effect..see the explanation by Yamashima.uppsala2011 on my site.

At 2.15, I wonder if you've ever looked at the idea of opening the foot to the side to get the greater lateral angle of power.. we use this triangular stance in aikido all the time.. it's bad, biomechanically when the knee is too far back from the out-turned foot but if the knee rides the foot, directly above it, it seems to be fine, less risky on knee ligaments under load. but, turning the foot out to the side gives greater range of movement and seems to allow for a nice shunting to the side..
