The formula you are using is to calculate horizontal distance of HORIZONTAL PROJECTILE MOTION. But in Arshad Nadeem's javelin throw it is OBLIQUE PROJECTILE MOTION and here formula for range will be used which is R=[u^2×sin2(angle)]÷g and according to my calculations the range should be 85.5m in this case. Plz tell me if I'm correct.. Btw I'm preparing for mdcat

I remember skipping the potentional divider question diagram to do it at the end since i was not sure of it(even though i was correct), and at the end i had little time, had to leave some questions, even the potentional divider one, if only i had drawn it first , even if it was roughly drawn😢😢
@ThePhysicsJunction3 ай бұрын
Hello. It’s not a big deal, just worth one mark but make a habit of NEVER skipping questions. It’s okay to skip them for the time being to complete the paper but at the end, you should come back and do whatever you can.

No. The energy reduces by the amount equal to the work done by friction. So the initial energy what ever form it may be reduces by 1300

@ThePhysicsJunction4 ай бұрын
Hello. It’s totally natural, stuff like this happens. Think of it this way: If you found something difficult, other people also probably did so too. Don’t worry too much about it 💫. What you gave today is the hardest component of OL Physics and you can overcome it in the other two papers. IA will announce something for P1s soon on my socials. For P4s, make sure you are familiar with the different types of experiments and commonly asked parts. Hope this helps! Best of luck 🤞

Would’ve been helpful if you actually stated the points you were talking about instead of saying “Gravitational graphs are important” “This is important” but you’ve left most of the sections that were supposed to be important blank. Maybe put a picture of the graphs or have the written notes in the empty sections

Technically not correct because it depends on what starting and ending point you are talking about. If you talk about one rotation when it comes back to it started out from, displacement has not changed.
