The "Cost" isnt nearly high enough my guy. There are so many spells that remove movement entirely (Force Cage, Mental Prison, Banishment(Damage over time still applies), Black Tentacles, etc) that you can just place an AOE on or something simple like Cloud of Daggers or even more detrimental effects. It also entirely overpowers ANY summoning based build when you can double up on conjured creatures.

Hey, thanks for the comment. As far as Force Cage is concerned you could already do that, force cage doesn't require concentration, but, I hear you. Do you have a suggestion for the cost? My immediate thought is just making it two levels of exhaustion.
