It’s not that hard the reason it’s hard is because you need to have enough of the screw sticking out then once placed you can back it out until the metal sits tight with the base

Not a fan of the HL-X Pro pressure pad. The connection jack feels like it can easily come off with not much effort and wish they would have kept the toggle push button to keep it on until you turn it off.

I returned mine because it literally would not hold contact unless it was held PERFECTLY in the exact position in all 3 axes of the jack. It was insane. The slightest difference in position in ANY DIRECTION would cause it to disconnect

@@rondobrondo love the light but dislike the new tape switch. I switched out the tail cap for the Arisaka adapter and used a Surefire pressure pad instead.

It’s debatable but when we first brought them on, the tritium should last like 12.5 years. The newer “spark” fobs probably may don’t last as long. I’ve had several for a couple years and I see no change yet.

The issue is t the pitch or the angle.. the issue is that the elevation screw doesn’t set… it moves off absolute coalignment and shoots up or down.. both my tlr8’s have this issue.. I did t notice u til I bought my second one… thinking of setting it properly then dropping a quick set high heat substance in there to keep it if I can.

Sorry, $100 for 100lumens is laughable. Especially now since they upped it to $130. Thought i’d get something convenient for hiking/camping, but now since i learned it doesn’t even fit my holster, and hard to find a good one that does, it serves no purpose. A streetlight 150 yards away and the moon produce more visibility. Better off yelling “Who goes there, show yourself!” Because you wont be able to see more than 30feet in front of you if you’re surveilling your property. Stick with a headlamp, shoulder lamp, hand held flashlight or even a phone light. I guess the beam is ok
