She's refusing to give this black woman her money. That bank teller is a karen. Racial profiling with a capital RP. Sounds like that bank teller is a right wing racist and fascist. This is totally disgusting. She needs to be fired.

Ashley is a little cow, and that bank/building society is a piece of garbage and should be boycotted. The illegal pettiness of forcing someone to verbalise an address when they have just written it down is beyond appalling.

I work at a bank. Maybe they ask for the address verbally as a security measure to prevent fraud. Let me explain. If an impersonator is there with a fake ID, they might not have the address memorized. So you verbally ask for information that a real client would know to trick the impersonator. Anyway, neither the teller nor manager handled this well. They let the customer escalate and did not explain the why behind their policies. That being said, I see no indication that this was racial.

black people will continue to suffer these kind of mistreatment until they find and manage their own institutions, they have proven time and time again that they tolerate black people rather than take them as equal customers, it is futile and a waist of time protesting for acceptance when the country itself was not designed with them in mind, would be wise to remember the past and why they got the.

To the bank clerk in this video: If you just checked your bank client's driver's license, you would've found out what her address was instead of continuously asking her to tell you her address in the first place. In fact, you racially discriminating against her.

In any financial Institution I don't know about you verbally stating your social security or address out loud. This could of been handled differently however banks have their own Policies. I don't know why the teller was being somewhat rude I guess she wasn't she kept her composure and being calmed I give her that. But as I mentioned before different banks have different policies. If the customer is not OK with saying her information out loud she doesn't have too, its confidential information. She could of just told her I need a manager or supervisor better yet how the customer would have handled it besides recording and being at the same location is go to a different location and report them. Either way the teller was WRONG

Banks always do idiotic things like this, no matter your race. It has happened to me and pissed me off, too, and I'm white. This woman is not being singled out. Cooperate or leave. You taped everyone else? Lol yea, right? I understand your frustration, but banks are just like that. They told me they couldn't give me the money, but I could walk 10 feet over to the ATM and get it there lol. It happens to all of us.

The bank teller could have used some basic customer service skills to defuse the situation. The customer was difficult, but she could have handled it better. Having her repeat the address on her license was unnecessary, and fueled the fire. The customer was definitely difficult though.

Unfortunately in this society people are repulsed by the site of black and the sound of black. If this were a so-called "Karen" people would be a lot more empathetic towards her grievance.

If you are giving them a hard time to resolve the bank verification when they are suspicious, then they can deny the withdrawal, and you have to go to another branch.

Started my first bank Account in 1975 I was 18 years old,… 47 years ago.. I have never been treated like that..I have never had a problem cashing a check anywhere.. but I have seen several problems with other folks. Now For anyone who has a problem with their own banking institution:. My advice would be take all your money out and go Where you will receive ✊🏿 Respect
